Transforming conflict and building Collaborative relationships

Networks

Building collaborative associations

In many contexts, solutions to societal problems cannot be found or implemented by any single entity - rather some association of motivated persons and organizations is needed for a sustainable approach to the challenge.

This is often true in intergovernmental, environmental, land use and other issues that cross many subject areas and jurisdiction.

Collaborative processes® has developed methods to help groups that want to collaborate for action - and for solutions.

Many such networks or associations are informal, while others may need some higher level of formality (such as formation of a new entity to manage the efforts, and governing documents).

Collaborative Processes has the skills to help you make decisions about whether and how to associate and if needed form a network.
